Sausage Bar from the Dodzhes Four is a sea of sets for breakfast, lunch and dinner, an evening program and signature liqueurs made from hot peppers and oranges. The feature of the establishment is the hands and open kitchen, the gloved hands of the chefs who show the guests a daily show; you can watch the hands of the cooks every day and only guess about the character, manner and mood of the owner of the establishment.

The brand is a large family business, to which all the love and long, warm 18 years have been given. It's time to move to the next big level in the big city. We value quality and attention to the guests, so we change our original sets, program and menu monthly, and add new items at the request of our clients.

“The first sausage bar opened 18 years ago, we made sausages in the backyard of the house and sold them with onions and hot peppers every day at the market, the guys buying them daily stopped by our court and chatted under the decorations of cacti, tires and light bulbs, which we really wanted to create to convey an atmosphere of comfort and warmth.”
